The International ICT Expo is an annual event organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council from 1998.

The 2005 International ICT Expo featured 540 exhibitors from 16 countries and regions. During the course of the four-day event, they were visited by 26,000 buyers. This enthusiastic response to a new event shows how information and communications technologies are vital to modern life and that the convergence of these technologies is changing the way we access information and communicate with each other. In this fast-paced sector, buyers are constantly seeking to satisfy demand for more advanced applications and to stay in touch with new developments. This is a worldwide phenomenon and buyers came from 130 countries and regions in 2005 to source the latest products and solutions.
